Diesel engine shutdown system

Taking various inputs including speed, temperature and oil pressure, an engine can be monitored to ensure it is within safe parameters for working in a hazardous area. On detection of a problem, the unit will shut off both the air and fuel intakes.

These units are used in environments such as oil rigs and refineries, on equipment such as fork lift trucks and generators and are designed to meet ATEX standards.
